Stunning lead rein/1.5/2 pony for sale

For sale - A lovely registered welsh section A 11.2 and 15 years old. We bought Beca 2 years ago as a first pony for our daughter. She's been a brilliant lead rein pony for us, she's been to many pony club rallies, mounted games competitions, to the beach and is bomproof out hacking by herself and with others. Used to all sorts of farm machinery and animals sheep, cows, goats and dogs. Nothing phases her. Reason for selling is that our daughter is ready to progress off the lead but unfortunately Beca isn't the right horse for a little jockey wanting to learn to ride independantly. She would make a fantastic 1.5/2nd pony for a confident little jockey! As can be a little strong and quite fast at times, especially when the jumps are out. She also would make a brilliant sj pony as she likes jumping. Loads well a 5 year old can load her and is no trouble. Good stable and ground maners with little ones. Stands to be groomed, a dream to clip will let my 5 year old have a go. Up to date with everything. Good for the farrier. Easy to do in every way, can be left in the field for a week un touched and is exactly like she is when last ridden. Never reared bolted or bucked whilst with us. The only thing she isn't keen on is a bath. She'll just move about and won't stand very still. Nothing nasty just not a huge fan. Home is very important as she's been a brilliant lead rein pony and means a lot to us. Based North wales message or whatsapp for more information, I have a lot of photos and videos if your wanting to see more. Hannah- 07857573943

✨ Competition pony ✨

🐴 Connemara X ISP(arabXwelsh) Heroes Silver AKA Shanagh is a great competition pony with a wonderful temperament. Shanagh schools nicely on the flat, he has competed in Prelim and Novice in both riding club and Unaffiliated competitions (scoring 74% in his last competition). Competed in riding club shows with an adult last year and is currently being ridden by two teenage girls. He is schooling over 1.10 cross country at home and has competed in 80cm ODE. Shanagh is competing in 90cm show jumping competitions schooling over 1m courses at home and is jumping 1.30m single fences. Shanagh competed in the Riding Club Championship 2023 on the winning team. Shanagh is still in his breeders care but is currently living on a livery yard, living out with 10 other horses without any issue. He is good to catch, shoe, clip and load. Shanagh will hack alone or with a group, he is comfortable with farm machinery, dogs and traffic and he has been out on beach rides. Shanagh has recently been seen to be able to step down a gear when required. Over the last 4 months a ten year old girl has been riding him once a week and he has helped her to develop her confidence to start jumping cross-country, cantering and 60cm show jumping. If he feels her becoming unbalanced he slows down until she's secure again, a very hard quality to find in a pony. Shanagh also loves to be groomed and pampered. He has lived out with sheep and cattle and is a very socialised pony. Shanagh would suit a competitive teenager, looking to get out on the circuit as he is fit and ready to go. He'd be very suited to a house where there were other children coming up as well as he has proven he can take care of beginners as well as step it up for competitions. Happy to organise viewings, open to vetting. Lots of videos and pictures available.
