Clio (stable name Pea) is a 14.3hh, 5 year old mare who is absolutely exceptional for her age. She's Connemara x ISH, but on a pet passport. She was backed by us early 2023 and was an absolute treasure. She was safe as houses right from the start, not spooky and quite happy to go out alone. She came back for holiday livery and once again was a joy to have around. Now her owner has decided that Pea feels a little bit small for her, and that she has more potential than she'll use. It's like she's been hacking her whole life, she will happily go like a trekking pony behind, or lead the way and stride out beautifully. We've had her past hedge trimmers and tractor trailers without her batting an eyelid. We trust her completely, and can attest to that as she's regularly ridden by my heavily pregnant sister. This is a young horse who has been very carefully produced, she just did straight line work for months to allow her to strengthen up and build the correct muscles without being overworked. Because of that, we have no qualms about her being truly fit and ready to go and she has proved that by being beautifully balanced in the school. She is working towards Novice level on the flat, and is now out jumping 80 courses. She is entered in her first ODE. She has done plenty of training shows, winning two intro tests dressage, and competing in jumping at several different venues. Good on the ground, barefoot, good to travel. A very easy keeper.

Prince is a 13yr old, 17hh TB gelding. He is a pleasure to have on the yard and has fitted in very easily. He hacks beautifully and easily in company and alone with a tiny bit of support. He is happy, sane and sensible in the arena in walk, trot and canter. We have seen video of him popping a jump, in the arena and XC. He has had chiro, he needed doing but had nothing of concern, report can be seen. He has also had his teeth done, he was very sharp, but is feeling much better now! Again, report can be seen. He needs condition, we have put a fair amount of weight on already, but someone needs to continue feeding him! This is the only reason for the low price!

Phantom is for sale due to my daughter growing out of her. She's hung on to her for as long as possible! Phantom (or 'Pants' to her friends) is a much loved family friend. She has done all PC activities and 2 camps. Phantom has competed up to 65cm and has jumped 85cm at home, with my daughter who is self-confessed not the bravest of riders. She happily does water, ditches, steps etc. She knows lateral work and correct bend, and has competed successfully at dressage and Prix Caprilli. We are not showing people but Pants has placed at every local show she's entered and could probably do pretty well as she's well put-together and very pretty. I think she would be suitable as a lead rein pony as nothing phases her and she'll run along next to you as you hold the child's leg and do up-downs etc. She might be too active for a nervous child taking their first steps off-lead-rein as she is forward and responsive - but she's never tanked off and always ridden in snaffle and loose cavesson. Good to hack, load, shoe (currently shod in front), no vices. I've not actually clipped her as I haven't felt the need but I've run clippers over and she isn't bothered at all. Loads herself and travels perfectly. Does have a couple of very small stable sarcoids which you can't see unless you're looking for them, and don't affect her. She is a friendly little person and whinnies for us in the field.

GENUINE SCHOOLMISTRESS 148 JA PONY Grey Connemara 12 yrs old Silva has taken my daughter from jumping 70cms to now jumping 1.10m+ Bronze League finalist in 2022 (placed 6th in UK) Highest Points scored, winning the Bronze League (Wales) 1st April - 30 September 2023 However, since Summer 2023, my daughter has had a huge growth spurt and is now too big and too tall for this pony and the mare just doesn't like it. We have to admit that Silva needs a smaller jockey. ********* UPDATED: Silva was ridden by a smaller rider at the recent April Mixed British Show-Jumping show at the David Broome Event Centre, and was back to her best - 4 x double clears at 75 and 80cm and in the placings each time - 2 x 1st (75 Open) and 2 x 4th (80 Open). ******** Being a schoolmistress, the pony likes to 'nanny' her rider, look after them and show them the ropes. We have mainly concentrated on show-jumping and she will jump 70 - 1m all day, every day, and very capable at 1.10m. We have also taken part in lots of Junior Academy events. Silva is forward going but not spooky - happily canters over the wooden bridge in the Derby classes at Wales and West (David Broome Event Centre) She is a great all-rounder, lovely to hack. Good on the ground. Excellent to load (both trailer and lorry), clip and shoe. Teeth done September 2023. Home is very important for this special pony, for her to move on and continue teaching her next little superstar. Based in West Wales, near Cardigan.

Alberti-Benefit OB (Bertie) is an extremely kind and handsome gelding with the breeding and potential to become a stunning dressage horse. This chap is bred and owned by a British equine vet, with a passion for producing a small number of quality performance horses. Bertie has been professionally backed this spring by Connie Colfox of CC Young Horse Specialist LLP. He is now ready for the next step in his training, with a new owner who will ensure his continued and careful development as a successful dressage horse. Bertie started life on a rural and spacious West Country equine stud and veterinary practice, with stable mate Adelaide OB. Sired by Benefit and out of Woodlander Malibu, he has the genes to make him an excellent dressage prospect. Bertie has been expertly looked after by his veterinary owner, with great care and attention given to his handling from the very start. He has excellent manners both in the stable and in the field, and he is great for the farrier. Bertie is very easy to handle on the ground and under saddle, and he was ridden out for the first time by his current owner at the end of March. Katie is a lovely pony, she works nicely on the flat with three beautiful paces. She has also jumped up to 80 at home and 70 out competing. She has been ridden by novices. She is completely bombproof and safe but can take advantage sometimes. She would also suit a small adult wanting to hack, have lessons, compete. Katie is a genuinely nice pony just needs to be told who’s boss. Needs a loving chilled home for this wonderful mare. Hacks out alone and in company, good in all traffic. Easy to shoe, clip, load and travel.

Knockma Duncan 6yo, 15hh, Connemara, gelding Maxi is the perfect teenagers/amateurs horse to produce up the levels. He absolutely loves to jump, as well as being a pleasure to handle on the ground. He has low mileage but has competed up to British Novice (90cm) clears on a ticket, he loves XC and is a machine, he will tackle anything you put infront of him. Maxi has been to one showing show where he competed in the WHP and won the class, he’s flashy and has 3 lovely uphill paces. He is good in traffic and hacks alone or in company, he is still green hacking alone so a little spooky but will a confident rider he is good as gold, he is snaffle mouthed, lives in or out and is good to box / shoe / clip etc. Genuine reason for sale, maxi’s full history is known so please call for further information, no time wasters / lease / loans etc. Open to all vettings / inspections

Annie (Cornsay Aurora) is an extremely talented show jumping schoolmistress. She loves to SJ, and went DC round her first 85 amateur qualifier and British Novice (which she won!) She very rarely knocks a pole and has won or been placed everytime out with us (since November 23). She is the type of horse who will jump British Novice and discovery all day long and will do it all for you! Perfect if you want to go straight out and win! She has competed successfully at dressage up to Novice level, and evented up to 100 level. She's fabulous to hack, will very occasionally spook but is generally very reliable. Will go out alone also. She stands like a rock for the farrier, leads well, can be clipped without being tied up, loads like a princess, and is generally so easy to have about. Looking for special new 🏡 We have had Stan on loan for about 18months now but my daughter is growing out of him and his owners have decided to sell him. There's no rush as we want him to go to the right family to be loved and give as much to his next young rider as my daughter has gained. Stan is approx 13hh, 11yo British Riding Pony, very well bred with beautiful paces. He has mostly hacked out with us but has also jumped fences in the field and school, and has done an online dressage test in the school. He is perfect hacking in company but needs his rider to be a bit bossier in the school, to use their legs! Seen hounds but not been in the thick of the hunting field! He is fine with tractors and trailors etc going past, he loads and travels well, good to clip except his head, good to trim feet, (barefoot with tough little feet) and has his own saddle which is included with him. Teeth need regular 3-4 month care. My daughter is not naturally confident as a rider so we have kept to what she feels happy to do but she has led out another pony and rider from Stan multiple times, has cantered fast on the moor in the summer, and is starting to do a bit more jumping with him now. No PC as we haven't had time but he would learn and has improved in the school over the last month from basic regular lessons. My daughter has grown so much in confidence with Stan and he really is a dear little pony, so we want to see him go to the right home. Would suit 8years plus child with strong legs if wanting to PC etc or the perfect pony for a less confident non competitive child like mine who wants a super pretty pony to love.
