Top class prospect and all round lovely boy! 16.1hh, 6 years old. Bought as a three year old and brought him on quietly and correctly, given plenty of time to mature. He’s done loads of groundwork and pole work and has just started lateral work in hand. I’ve taken him out to arena hires and pole clinics on my own, he’s really easy to do everything with. Hack, load, travel, clip, farrier etc. He has proved to be tough and sound. Never lame, sick or sorry. Eligible for most RoR as, though he didn’t race, he was in training for a while. Exceptional breeding. His sire won the Derby and dam sire won the Arc and the French Derby. His sire, New Approach, was the top rated racehorse in the world in 2008 and has sired multiple classics winners. Tinker is far too idle to be one of them! He is a very classy event stamp but his big swinging movement means he could progress in dressage which is what i bought him for. He’s highly intelligent, very trainable. An absolute comedian on the yard, very entertaining and a pleasure to have around! He’s barefoot and has superb feet but was shod when he came so fine either way. He’s a kind boy who just wants to be your best friend and such a character. Whilst generally super sensible and chilled out to ride, he is a young TB and can have a spook etc so not a novice ride. I don’t mind if he fulfils his huge potential or just enjoys hacking as long as he’s happy and extremely well cared for in a knowledgeable, loving home.
