As a four year old he was ridden by a competent teenager and a small adult. Now he has 3 children, 8,10 and 12 who share him. He has been to pony club rallies, fun rides, hunter trials, showjumping and dressage competitions and competed at the big Morton in the Marsh show. Nothing phases him. He will hack alone or in company. 100% traffic. Forward going but not whizzy. Kids feel confident on him.

Pepper is a quality mare who is an absolute pleasure to own and will make someone the perfect allrounder. She is good to do in all ways and loves attention. She came over from Ireland with a foal at foot in 2020 and we broke her in the year later. She was the easiest horse to break in and took to it with no issues atall. Since then she has been slowly produced, done a bit of everything and always wants to please. She works nicely on the flat, with lovely paces and would do a lovely dressage test. She is forward and off your legs but with breaks. She’s been used in our riding school and is a really comfy ride. She has a nice jump on her and has seen all fillers and cross country jumps. Been out to a couple of competitions. Has jumped up to 90 at home and a full course of 80. Potential to go higher, this is just not something we have focused on. She’s been out to lots of pleasure rides, cross country hires, arena hires and enjoys a trip out. She loves to hack, she is good in traffic and safe in open spaces. She has been mainly used as a lead horse taking out our riding school hacks. She’s done multiple riding holidays and beach rides. She will look at stuff and have the odd spook but 99% of the time happy to go past. Over the last year she has unfortunately developed a problem with the train crossings and will leap to get away from them. Sadly this is the only reason for the sale as we really need her to be the lead horse. We think if she found a home where the pressure of this is taken away for a while then her confidence would improve and this shouldn’t be an issue going forward. Very sad sale of a much loved horse

‘Blessington blue’ 2010 (he’s 14 this year) 16.1 reg Irish Draught gelding Fitz has been at my livery yard for the last 6months, he is looking for a new home due to a sad change in his owners circumstances. I have handled him since he arrived, he is easy to lead, clip, shoe, catch, wash etc. Currently he shares a field with geldings by day and mares next door, he is quiet and only interested in grazing.He is also happy to be stabled. He absolutely adores his work and tries to please. Fitz is at home out hunting, he has whipped in and ridden as part of the field. He knows his job and enjoys being out for the day. He has been ridden by others on the yard hunting, by men and petite women and he has been an arm chair for the day. To ride he has a mouth as soft as butter and is more kick than pull. His current owner is a very novice rider, fitz has in the past napped with him. (It’s nothing nasty, stops and considers turning back, give him a kick and he gets on with it) When in regular work and with a more confident approach this has not occurred since Fitz has lovely basic flat work we feel he would be suitable for showing or dressage. Show jumping he isn’t a world beater but tries his heart out, happily schooling around 80/90cm courses. He doesn’t look at any fillers and rides well to a fence. Xc & hunting he comes into his own and his jump is far more open and bold. He will hack alone and in company, in open spaces and on main roads. He is used to farm machinery and is not reactive to quad bikes etc. I have plenty of videos. Fitz would suit a confident teen or adult who wants to get out and about regularly and have some fun. He is not suitable for a novice he could potentially take advantage of their lack of ability. This lovely boy has not been hammered he’s clean limbed and well looked after. 🌿IVY🌿 12.2hh approx 7 years bay mare She has done a bit of everything. Won some mini sj champs and a local dressage champs. Been to RC champs and cricklands staying away. Jumped 60 courses for fun with scope to go further with competing kid. Arena eventing and xc schooling, pc, camp, gallops, hacks in open spaces, hunts and mounted games rallies. She is a kind pony and would easily drop back to a lead rein pony and then be a 2nd pony, needs leg and guidance but by no means a whizzy unruly pony, a pleasure to teach! Good to catch, farrier, bath and tack up and saintly out hacking including all traffic! Owned since 3 yr old. Sadly my daughter hasn’t got time for 2 ponies and he is being wasted, which makes me sad as he has so much potential. My daughter did forest and beach rides and many pony club rallies last year, which he absolutely loved. He is more kick than pull and has great breaks but he is still green due to our lack of time so he is not a novice ride. He can occasionally throw a small buck if he gets excited. Good to handle and in his stable. Good to load, travel and with farrier. Fidgets for a dentist so sedation is easier, he is up to date with vaccinations. He has spent 4 months on grass livery in the winter so he didn’t have to be shut in his stable for 22 hrs/day. He came back, daughter hopped on and he was like he hasn’t been away at all. We have done very little with him since he has come back and it is reflected in his price. It is now a perfect time for somebody else to put their stamp on. Open to vetting and viewing. Lovely compact type with fabulous paces and very good jump. By Moving to Strike x Touchdown he has plenty of blood for eventing and is careful enough to do show jumping. Manwell has been away schooling both show jumping and XC as well as jumped 70cm dc at two training shows. In the right hands this talented guy will have a very bright future. He is a very naturally balanced guy and easy to ride. He has an exceptional attitude to his work and loves to please as well as being a gentleman to deal with on the ground and around the yard. Knockma Duncan 6yo, 15hh, Connemara, gelding Maxi is the perfect teenagers/amateurs horse to produce up the levels. He absolutely loves to jump, as well as being a pleasure to handle on the ground. He has low mileage but has competed up to British Novice (90cm) clears on a ticket, he loves XC and is a machine, he will tackle anything you put infront of him. Maxi has been to one showing show where he competed in the WHP and won the class, he’s flashy and has 3 lovely uphill paces. He is good in traffic and hacks alone or in company, he is still green hacking alone so a little spooky but will a confident rider he is good as gold, he is snaffle mouthed, lives in or out and is good to box / shoe / clip etc. Genuine reason for sale, maxi’s full history is known so please call for further information, no time wasters / lease / loans etc. Open to all vettings / inspections

‘Jackets Cresendo’ Lilac was purchased straight from her breeder last year after not quite making the height to be a show pony. We broke her in last year and gave her the winter off, this is her first time being sat on in the school this year (28.02.24). She’s super easy in all ways, lives in or out, low maintenance and absolutely loves people, you can jump on her bareback and she doesn’t worry. Owner purchased to have a foal from her this year but unfortunately their circumstances have changed and we think she’d be better suited as a child’s pony as she loves attention. Wizz - 6yr old (2018) - 15hh Calling all gutsy little jockeys that want to win. Wizz is affectionately nicknamed ‘crackhead’ at home; please use common sense when thinking what this might mean about his personality. Wizz loves to jump; whether that’s show jumps or hedges HE IS GAME. He has been show jumping, arena eventing, to hunter trials and team chasing; which he will lead whether you want him to or not. He is happily competing around 80/90cm but is so ready to move on. The only reason he hasn’t is because we do not have an arena at home and due to working full time I just don’t have the time to keep 5 horses. He is an absolute saint to hack in both open spaces and on the roads, either alone or in company and isn’t phased by traffic or farm machinery etc. He has been out on hunt rides and would love to go hunting too. Wizz does not like to school; I am doing my best to convince him he could learn to tolerate it but we’re only just reaching an age where he can concentrate for more than 5 minutes at a time. We have owned Wizz since he was 2 years old and have brought him on very slowly and carefully in this time due to his nature; I love that he is the happiest horse you will ever meet and I never wanted to knock that sparkle out of him. This boy is going to be special but certainly not for the faint hearted; he is in no way dangerous or malicious but he likes to have fun. He is good for the farrier, dentist, vet, physio and to clip. He practically canters up the lorry ramp because that means he’s going to a party; travels like a dream and happily lives in or out but likes to have a field companion. He currently stables at night in the winter and lives out through the summer in a mixed herd. Please only enquire if you have a brave child/teen who is in the market for a cracking little jumper that has a need for speed. Never sick or sorry. Clean limbed. Currently barefoot. Molly - Branchfield Lady Connemara Mare 145cm 14yrs Fun FAST & Fabulous Not for the nervous or speed shy!! We have had Molls since Oct 2020 and she has brought my then nervous 12 year old from jumping a nervous 50cm in lessons to the 95cm at Hartpury. She is fast and strong and not for the feint of heart, she can also be hacked back to the field with a headcollar and rope, just when the tack is on its go time. We've done pony club camp and she was great on cross country too, she is not spooky and great around farm machinery, good to hack, but she is a jogger. She is up to date with teeth, injections and the osteopath. Awesome to clip, load and for the farrier. I can't express how wonderful she is, my eldest has just got too tall for her, the home is very important.
