Lightweight ISH by Cobra

Jun 12th 2019

Cormac was bought from the Goresbridge Sales in November 2018 looking very poor and lethargic. His history is not fully known however he was evented in England as a 4YO and then sold as a 5YO and hunted in Ireland. He was bought as a winter project whilst my competition horse was off with an injury. He was easy going and straight forward to begin with and I took him to a couple of unaff SJ events which he behaved incredibly.

However, Cormac has been known to throw a buck and/or rear (when ridden in a pelham) since his fitness has improved and I am not confident enough to continue with his education.

Due to my illheath, Cormac is currently turned away in the field and has been out of work since 14.04.2019 and is thus sold from the field.

Due to his impeccable breeding, he would make an excellent hunter or eventer, as he is forward going and keen cross country. He is good to box, shoe, clip and hack with no lumps or bumps.

I’m not interested in time wasters but if someone is looking for a project horse who has time on their hands then Cormac would make a lovely addition to any yard.
