Rosie is a 16.2hh, rising 11 years old, Chesnut Mare. I have had Rosie for nearly 2 years and she’s filled me with confidence and taught me unforgettable skills. She jumps comfortably at 90cm and has the ability to go much further with the right person. Her scope is unbelievable and she makes a lovely shape over a jump.

She won the pony club 80cm regional grassroots eventing championships last summer and had only started schooling cross country in the spring. She has placed at BE80 and has great flat work. Her walk to canter, counter canter and extended trot are all well established so she would be able to go to a pure dressage home too. She is a dream to hack out so would suit a mother daughter share as she is big but not strong. I am a 5’4 petite teenager and I have never felt out of control. She would be great to hunt as she loves hunter jumps, I have never hunted her due to lack of time but have no doubt she would love it! She is a well mannered, loving horse in the stable. She loves attention and lots of cuddles. At competitions she is so relaxed and will even fall asleep if we are standing still.

She has competed with the pony club and been to lots of rallies. She has also done three BE camps to date, one being in march this year. She loves doing all pony club activities so she could be a great riding school or pony club horse. She is great with traffic and used to all farm machinery and animals.

We have had a full vetting when we bought her and she passed with flying colours. We are open to having her vetted if that is needed. We have had a physio check her all over in the winter and nothing has ever been an wrong. She has never been sick or sorry and can quite happily live on grass and hay alone.

I am selling her due to not wanting to phase her as I am eager to move up the levels much quicker then I feel is fair on her. This is not due to any fault of her own, I just want her to thrive with confidence as she is now and not unfairly push her.

As much as I want her to go to her next home, I am happy to wait for the right person as she is a lovely, kind-hearted horse and the right home is very important to me. Please no time wasters or lwvtb.

She can come with a full wardrobe. £7800 with tack
