We have had Louis since 2019, he's a very loved member of the family. We mainly showjump, out on the BSJA circuit most weekends and Louis isn't going to jump the 1m10+ tracks so he doesn't have a job with us anymore. He was an absolute winning machine for my eldest daughter and really brought her through the ranks, he's an amazing starter pony and nothing can touch him around 80/90cm. He won the bronze league for the northern area and is always in the ribbons. He is great with the farrier and to clip (does need a twitch to clip his ears). He loads and travels great in the trailer or lorry. He's great on the ground and the kids do everything with him. He is forward going but steps back for a smaller child. He loves cross country, beach, hacks and jumping. But he won't hunt, all a bit exciting for him and he wants to be with the redcoats. He slipped while jumping back in January 2021, still won the class, but he had time off after this and then COVID happened and we didn't really jump him again BSJA. He's in work as a happy hacker but we have 5 ponies in full work and we just don't have the time or space in the lorry for him. He lives in on a night and I could do with the stable for another novice 148 project. No time wasters please I'm going to have 2 heartbroken girls when he goes.

Brodie has been a member of our family for a year and in that time has taken our daughter to weekly lessons, all PC rallies, competitions and camp. He is a brilliant lead rein pony, often coming home with rosettes for tiny cross poles and mounted games. He is a saint to travel, stay away and to do at competitions of all levels. He is handled daily by a six and four year old. For an older jockey, off lead rein, Brodie needs a balanced and confident rider. He much prefers being out and about and would be suited to a hunting or hacking home. He has hacked for miles off lead rein with our six year old and recently completed a 12 mile sponsored ride. As our daughter looks to something bigger and we still have our unicorn fyfr, we find ourselves without a place for Brodie, so reluctantly look for a new home for him where he can be busy. Like all welshes, Brodie has quirks. He never bucks, rears, naps or spins, but he does snatch at little hands when ridden, particularly in the school. For this reason he is not suitable for a tiny one just coming off lead rein, but he is superb for a bold kid looking to enjoy the countryside. Brodie’s price reflects his quirks, but a good home is more important than the price.
