Currently measures in just shy of 15hh (likely to mature at 15.1hh), rising 5yo dapple grey Connie X mare. Her breeding is unfortunately unrecorded but she oozes quality and reflects a very nice mix of Connemara and possible ID breeding. Mia is proving herself as a superb all-rounder with a great attitude to work and a natural talent for jumping. She has been lightly produced since being broken last year, having had time away to mature over the winter. She is unspoilt and ready to further her education with someone who has a good understanding of youngsters. Mia has been out to local training shows and is performing clear confident rounds at 60cm, she is jumping 70cm at home (SJ & XC) and has loose jumped over 90cm fences with ease. She really loves her jumping and will take you to a fence despite her relative inexperience, she's not phased by fillers in the slightest. Mia has XC schooled up to 70cm, she doesn't hesitate into water and has breezed over ditches. Mia has also completed a hound exercise at the end of last year and proved sensible. She works into a natural frame on the flat with ground-covering paces. She progressing well on the flat. She is active & responsive but not in the slightest bit fizzy. He hacks alone, in-company and led from other horses - proving very bombproof and often taking the lead. He is a very careful, brave and bold jumper, Been to a showjumping, arena and on grass eventing and a working hunter competitions. Currently jumping up to 80cm, could jump bigger in time. He has 3 fantastic paces and a lovely natural head carriage. Qualified for pony club spring festival championships at his first ever dressage show with a 67% last year. Been ridden by children and loves a cuddle! He has been known to through in a singular buck when cantering but not often and never unseated anyone. We have owned Zar for 2 years, purchased for my then petite 10 year old and during that time he has given my daughter endless amounts of fun. Zar has fantastic established flat work with 3 correctly balanced paces. He is the most well mannered pony on the ground. Good to hack, travel, box, shoe, clip bath, dentist, vet! He doesn’t have a bad bone in his body and loves human interaction and attention. Zar would excel in all disciplines, Allrounder, pony club, Dressage, Showjumping. During his time with us he has attended Pony Club, Junior Camp, XC, beach rides, gallops and competed competitively in Dressage and Showjumping taking my daughter from unaffiliated 50cm tracks to Junior BS PONY Classes 80/90cm Never bucks, rears, bolts, naps but can on occasion when excited bronk and for that reason is not suitable as a first pony or for a nervous or novice rider.
