16.2hh ISH bay gelding 5 yrs old Gerry is the kindest soul we have had on the yard and has such a wise head on young (and rather lovely) shoulders. Strikingly handsome horse with lovely movement. Very well put together. Produced slowly and correctly, ready to start the next chapter of his education. He would suit a range of disciplines and would be a true gentlemanly allrounder. He has cross country schooled showing a real zest for the job, he is bold and brave but very sensible. Would make a fabulous event horse but equally moves well enough to stay between the white boards. Brave jumper starting to show good technique over poles. He just has the most fantastic attitude and gives everything a try, one of the nicest young horses we have had the pleasure of producing. He is very well related, a close relation of his is competing at 4* and another aiming for PSG dressage. He has done arena hires and a training show, he has behaved impeccably throughout. He is ready to start doing more competitively, as he does more his price will increase. Great to hack, shoe, box etc. I honestly can’t say enough kind words about this horse he would make a great mother/daughter share. Horses like him do not come along often. We also think he would be an incredible hunter.

Topthorn Skylark by Jigilo (Jumbo). An exceptional homebred competition mare already showing huge potential. Sky has had the same home since birth and has benefited from a careful and measured approach to her education, which has prepared her to excel in any sphere. Professionally backed in March 2023, Sky has been beautifully educated on the flat. She has naturally loose, expressive paces, a soft mouth and a huge canter. On her first intro dressage outing at Somerford, Sky excelled, winning both classes on 67%+. Since then, she has gone on to compete in Prelim and Novice tests, coming 2nd and 3rd with scores of 72% and 65%. Skye's flatwork education continues and we are currently developing her lateral work and flying change. Sky has very successfully competed in Showjumping and Combined Training, competently jumping round a course of 95cm. She is extremely bold to a fence and doesn't bat an eyelid at fillers or a large atmosphere. She has been XC schooling multiple times is comfortable with water, ditches and steps. Sky makes a beautiful shape over a jump and will excel as an event horse or showjumper. Sky hacks alone and in company and is mannerly in open spaces. She is a bold, forward thinking mare but sensible too. She is a great traveller and easy to do at shows and at home. Sky is currently available to view at livery whilst my daughter combines university studies with educating this fabulous young horse. Sad sale due to growing university pressures. Sky has no lumps or bumps and is up to date on her vaccines with no medical history. She has physio regularly and is fit and ready to go. Open to any vet. Sad sale of a much loved horse due to rider giving up. Taylor is a low mileage, 14 year old, 168cm, gelding by Metropole. He has done a bit of everything in the 5 years I’ve owned him: - BS wins upto and including 110 classes. - Treble clear and 3rd in direct Bronze League qualifier (120 in final round). - Finished 8th in HOYS bronze qualifier (later got the call up to compete but we didn’t). - Competed at Aintree Amateur Champs and Arena UK festivals. - Has won puissance and working hunters. - Absolute machine across country (corners, ditches, water, skinnies etc) - Has hunted in both Ireland & England. - Has previously done unaffiliated dressage. - Good on the flat with established changes. He is a true sports horse, not a plod, and will not suit a novice or a nervy rider. He hacks alone and in company. He can spook but he will never say no. He will take a miss to a fence and always jumps when he gets there. Taylor has done very little in the last year due to me having a lot going on outside of horses. He had winter off but is back in work, shoes on and getting fitter by the day, hacking, flatwork, pole work and jumping at home. He has recently had a full check up by our vet physio who was very happy with him. Easy to do in every way except clipping. I have clipped him without sedation but it is much quicker and less stressful with sedation! Would suit a quiet, competent rider for BS, BE or high level riding club. He loves to be doing a job.
