🖤 Pinfolds Patchy Pony 🤍 Based East Sussex, Crowborough Patchy is a 5yo 13hh Gelding who is absolutely stunning with 2 wall eyes (blue). He is a very pretty boy and gets compliments from everyone from farriers to random passers by. He really would excel in the showing world as his looks are off the chart and he is dripping in feather, mane and tail. Patchy tries his heart out for his rider and is currently ridden by a 14 year old girl. He hacks alone and in company, schools alone and in company and absolutely loves playing and learning tricks with his best friend. Patchy would probably excel in dressage too as he really has the natural talent and comes round when asked, he placed 4th in his first ever test and his riders first ever test. Only 0.25% away from the same score as 3rd and 2nd place which were joint scores. I know all his ridden history as was backed by us. He jumps which for a tiny little cob is so cute, he’s a point at it and will do it type. Patchy at only 5 himself is very good at giving my 5 year old jumping bred mare confidence in the arena and on hacks as she is very spooky but patchy is very calm with her. Patchy is very enthusiastic when it comes to hacking, he is much more forward so would possibly need a lead if for a kid unless quite happy for that or a stronger child. Absolutely nothing nasty about him at all he just loves hacking ! (Who doesn’t) Patchy has been out in my horse box and will continue going to events till sold, he’s been XC, Dresssge and showjumping. He loads in my box and he’s been in a trailer. I try my best training my horses with all the knowledge they need to be a best friend for many years for someone. He turned out for the first time in 3 months and was led all the way by my partner who’s scared of horses not matter how small 😂 he can jog a bit but that’s probably to keep up with me as when walking slow he does not. He goes on a horse walker, he is in mixed turnout with my 3 mares and my other gelding, he’s good to be caught, groomed, bathed (he does get very excited after a bath because who doesn’t!?!?!), he was good for the farrier when I thought he’d be nervous, he’s good for the vet. Patchy was nervous when I clipped him, he’s only a baby and hadn’t experienced this before with time he will probably be fine as he’s learned everything is ok so far from picking up feet to being broken. Bear is a 14.1 welsh part-bred gelding. Bear is a fantastic dressage pony and allrounder, he's been hunting, sj, xc, fun rides, beach rides, area dressage champs and pc camp. He is only up for sale due to my daughter out growing him sadly after getting him when she was 12, he has brought her on from nervously jumping 40cm to confidently jumping around 80cm, he has the scope to go higher. Always ridden in a snaffle, he was hunted out in a snaffle and I trusted him to bring her home safely, he would excel in dressage but this isn't my daughter's favourite discipline. Bear hacks out alone or in company, never gets fizzy. Bear travels perfectly and stands tied to the lorry without a fuss. Good with farrier, dentist, physio, and up to date with vaccines, never been sick or sorry. Would suit a competitive teenager / small adult rider who's ready to go out have some fun. Phantom is for sale due to my daughter growing out of her. She's hung on to her for as long as possible! Phantom (or 'Pants' to her friends) is a much loved family friend. She has done all PC activities and 2 camps. Phantom has competed up to 65cm and has jumped 85cm at home, with my daughter who is self-confessed not the bravest of riders. She happily does water, ditches, steps etc. She knows lateral work and correct bend, and has competed successfully at dressage and Prix Caprilli. We are not showing people but Pants has placed at every local show she's entered and could probably do pretty well as she's well put-together and very pretty. I think she would be suitable as a lead rein pony as nothing phases her and she'll run along next to you as you hold the child's leg and do up-downs etc. She might be too active for a nervous child taking their first steps off-lead-rein as she is forward and responsive - but she's never tanked off and always ridden in snaffle and loose cavesson. Good to hack, load, shoe (currently shod in front), no vices. I've not actually clipped her as I haven't felt the need but I've run clippers over and she isn't bothered at all. Loads herself and travels perfectly. Does have a couple of very small stable sarcoids which you can't see unless you're looking for them, and don't affect her. She is a friendly little person and whinnies for us in the field.

He is big moving and is very established in his flatwork, people stop to watch him! He would also be a competitive FEI dressage pony. Gatsby is a very careful jumper, rarely has a pole and is very careful cross country, he looks after himself and his jockey; I never worry about them coming home safe. He is good in all ways, a real yard favourite with his sweet temperament and funny faces keeping everyone amused. The ultimate mother’s dream pony. Very sadly available as rider is 16 and out of ponies. He will only go to the very best home, which will be vetted and to a rider that we feel matches him well.
